Iron Trail Workforce Foundation was created with a simple belief: everyone deserves a real chance to rebuild, grow, and thrive. What began as a vision to help individuals re-enter the workforce has grown into a comprehensive community initiative that bridges opportunity with purpose. We saw the challenges faced by people coming out of incarceration, seniors in need of support, families struggling to access affordable services, and community members seeking meaningful education or job training—and we built a foundation to meet those needs head-on.
Today, Iron Trail Workforce Foundation provides hands-on training in construction, automotive repair, culinary arts, hydroponics, and essential trades while also offering services like home repairs for seniors, healthy meals for those in need, and low-cost vehicles for families. Our story is still being written every day through the people we support and the community we strengthen. We believe in second chances, earned respect, practical skills, and the power of showing up for one another—because when we lift people up, we lift our entire community.
